Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Fresher) to join our design team. As a junior member, you will assist in creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for our digital products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level candidates passionate about UI/UX design to learn from experienced designers and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in Designing User Interfaces:

• Create intuitive, attractive, and responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications.

• Convert wireframes, mockups, and design concepts into high-quality visuals.

Conduct User Research and Analysis:

• Help with conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and understanding user needs.

• Assist in gathering insights from user data to improve the user experience.

Create Wireframes and Prototypes:

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and senior designers to implement design solutions.

• Gather feedback from team members and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.

Participate in Usability Testing:

• Assist in setting up and conducting usability tests to identify user pain points.

• Help analyze test results to recommend design improvements.

Stay Updated with Design Trends:

• Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry techniques.

• Continuously seek inspiration to enhance your design skills.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing processes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.

• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.

• Experience with animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create interactive design elements.
