HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. As a recruiter, you will play a vital role in helping us attract, screen, and select the best talent for our company. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals with a passion for people and an interest in learning the full-cycle recruitment process in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the Recruitment Process:

  • Work closely with senior HR team members to understand job requirements and role expectations.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Screen Resumes and Applications:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate Interviews:

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication to provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain Candidate Database:

  • Update and maintain an organized database of candidate information.
  • Track the progress of each candidate in the hiring pipeline.

Build a Talent Pipeline:

  • Proactively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals).
  • Participate in networking activities to help build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for future roles.

Collaborate with Team Members:

  • Work with HR and other departments to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Support additional HR initiatives as needed, such as onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques on LinkedIn or other professional networks.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions beyond recruitment (e.g., onboarding, employee relations).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
