Admin Executive (Fresher)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive (Fresher) to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate looking to begin their career in administration, with opportunities for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:General Office Management:
- Assist in managing office supplies, keeping inventory up-to-date, and placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
Documentation and Data Entry:
- Organize, store, and retrieve company documents and records.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage electronic and physical files.
Support Scheduling and Coordination:
- Help schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events.
- Maintain calendars and prepare necessary documents for meetings.
Assist in Communication:
- Answer and route phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors, providing information as needed.
Coordinate Travel and Logistics:
- Assist with booking travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when needed.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, or workshops.
Assist in Basic Financial Tasks:
- Support the finance team with tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Help prepare and process reimbursements and other administrative transactions.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Familiarity with office management software or tools.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial tasks.
